Shame on these people!! They are almost at every corner here in San Diego… makes me wonder if they were this dedicated to their job in the first place they probably won’t be in this predicament!! I walked up to one of them once and said what is the issue? The response I got: “I don’t know, I’m paid to stand here”!!!!
