It’s quite far from Campbell Barracks, the roofs are in the Old Town. The white building in the back is in Hauptstraße 207, it’s the Germanistische Seminar (Institute of German Language and Literature of the Heidelberg University).
Thanks for the reply. I know where it is now. It looks so different when one just looks at the roofs. Everything looks similar. Three years ago, I had family visiting and we took them to that part of Heidelberg.

This looks like it is near the US Army kaserne called Campbell Barracks. Not sure though.
Presently, I live in Germany and was stationed in Heidelberg.
